About this project
Flame & Fold were paying marketplace commission on every order. We built them their own platform: a fast mobile-first ordering website, an in-shop POS with kitchen display, automatic receipt printing, and card payments — all connected in real time.
What we delivered
- Mobile-first online ordering with delivery and collection
- Live offers engine — 20% off cash, 10% off card, free delivery over £20
- In-shop POS with order queue and accept/reject flow
- Automatic kitchen receipt printing via a custom Android print bridge
- Stripe card payments and live order status for customers
- Admin panel for menu, prices, hours and offers
